Free Shipping
We’re pleased to offer free Standard Tracked Shipping on all orders over $260. The free shipping threshold will be automatically applied at checkout when your order total qualifies.
Shipping Insurance
Given the high value of our jewelry, we offer shipping insurance for your peace of mind.
- Insurance Fee: Insurance is charged at a rate of 0.06% (0.6 per mille) of the insured value. For example, for an insured value of 30,000 RMB (approximately $4,150 USD at current exchange rates), the insurance premium would be 180 RMB (approximately $25 USD).
- Coverage: This insurance covers loss or damage during transit.
- Important Note: Customs seizure is not covered by shipping insurance and will not be eligible for compensation.
